[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my 10 year old Samsung fridge. This is nicer in every way . I really like the small beverage door for quick access to my drinks without opening the full large door. This unit is quiet and very attractive looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The glass exposed door within a door has been great for allowing us to put frequently accessed items in it so as to minimize opening and closing the door. A quick couple of knocks and you see what is in the door and can grab it without having to stand in an open door and gaze for what you want.

Fridge broke down 2 years later :(

We bought this fridge and were excited to have it. It has an awesome window. I love the look. 6 months its stop cooling out of nowhere and stopped making ice. I call a tech and it started working again. Here I am 2 years later no warranty the my entire freezer was melted. Now I need to get a tech to come and fix it. Not sure of the problem. :(

Ice maker is poorly designed

We found that, after using the ice maker for several months, it stopped dispensing ice because of flawed design. It made ice fine, but the mechanism to actually get the ice to our glass was made of non-durable plastic that wore out from modest use. We've replaced it at no cost because of the new-product warranty, but I suspect that the new unit will experience the same design flaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I boughy this less than 2 years, and now is broke the im having troubles trying to get someone certificate to repair it... the instaview door is not working and is showing that is open when is not and thats making troubles to the fridge temperature... i lost a lot of food just because of that! One day to other start to show problems... it is incredible that is a short time and is already not working! I will never buy again this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I love the look of the refrigerator we are on the third breakdown. It's always the same problem. First the water dispenser stops working then the freezer stops working then the refrigerated side stops. We bought an extended warranty for repairs but it takes over a week to get an appointment then parts need to be ordered then you wait some more. Only to have it breakdown again a few months later. Very frustrating! It's not fun to be without a refrigerator for weeks at a time. Obviously I can't reccomend it.
