4 year old Refridgerator and the compressor failed

Compressor failed. Took over a month to get a new one from LG (that was in Jan 2022). Now here we are in May 2022-not making ice, freezer not cold enough to freeze items. Beyond frustrated with this product. We are on compressor #2 and probably need another new one. Nope-buying a different brand. All that money spent on what I thought was a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in January, 2020, the condenser went in December, 2022. Now having the same repair done tomorrow. Not happy with this product!

We got our refrigerator 3 years ago and the compressor broke 2 times with the second one being 2 weeks ago. The sensory on the front part of the door also broke and the part is no longer avail so we need to get a new refrig. We will not buy another LG product again

Bought 3 years ago and compressor all ready died. Fridge is ok. Smaller though.

I love the fridge (door in door). Some wasted space inside the door. Had to buy additional egg drawer online. At 3yrs started having problems with freezer fan and ice maker which both had to be replaced but I love the glass door which makes food inside the fridge last so much longer!
