Easy access to all my beverages, ample room for all the items I like to keep stocked, keeps things exceptionally cold, energy efficient and easy to keep clean. I will never go back to a plain refrigerator again! The glass door in a door is a must have! Just tap to turn on the light and view contents without ever opening it up! I am I very happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first it seemed more gimmick, but we love the door-in-door feature. It allows you to put things in the outside door that you need to access frequently, making the overall cooling more efficient. Overall it is a great refrigerator. We did have a problem with the compressor and it had to be replaced, otherwise I would give it 5 stars. The process and the technician who replaced it were excellent. It seems that some of the early models had a compressor that was not up to specs, and so they quickly, effectively and no cost replaced it with a new compressor, and I feel like we have an almost new fridge again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was manufactured with a poor quality condenser, which should be recalled, but instead LG is waiting for your condenser to fail before they fix it. Which has cost me and my family over 2 weeks without a fridge and hundreds of dollars in lost food. Not to mention the inconvenience of living out of a cooler.
