It is 1cubic bigger than my old one but I feel I have a lot more room for my foods. The Instaview door let me get the milk, the drinks, ...without open the main door and looks so beautiful in my kitchen. The wifi is not too hard to install. I love love my ne frid.

I like the smaller door but was condemned about the temperature being maintained the same as the interior of the frig. I used my thermometer and found both areas the same temperature. I’ll keep monitoring it especially in warm weather to see if there’s any difference. It has tons of storage, side by side works best since I don’t have to move lots of stuff to find the thing I need at the bottom of a bottom freezer compartment. If I had to come up with a negative, inside the main refer door, at the very bottom is a shelf which is hard to see and hard to get at. The shelf above just out so far it makes access to the lower shelf difficult. This is an extremely minor issue and I am Very Pleased!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG name no longer stands for superior quality. Our frig has crapped out for the second time in six months. It's stopped freezing. Getting repair the first time took almost 3 weeks. The first service person unplugged the unit and was to order a part. He never returned. The next service person showed 4 days later and could explain my problem, but since replugging it seemed to be working, "so don't worry about it, call should you have further difficulty" I lost close to $500 of food and $100 for dry ice that failed to save my contents. This unit has turned out be a lemon. I want it replaced or better yet returned for a competitors reliable product and service.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
