Three months ago I discovered that it was not freezing nor does it adequately keep food cold inside. I have been unable to get it repaired or replaced so far. I have lost much of my food and can only buy what I can consume or store just a day or two. I love the refrigerator but very frustrated in my attempt to secure a cure for its current malfunction. I need a solution immediately

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My model is SKSFD3613S but could not find it in the search. Nonetheless…we love it. This is our first bottom freezer fridge and organizationally it was really easy to transition to this style. We also like the easy access door on the fridge for commonly used items and to save energy. I was sold on the craft ice maker at first sight but after our first get together with friends…I will never buy another fridge without this feature. Everyone thinks the round ice is awesome. I woke up today and it still wasn’t melted in a glass of water. Super cool. The layout of the fridge makes it very easy to see and find items and the adjustable shelves has been convenient for multiple height products. My research on refrigerators directed us to LGs based on reliability and customer satisfaction scores. We also looked at many other manufacturers’ products but wound up with this LG Signature model and are really happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this in August of 2017, large freezer drawers easy to organize, love the Glide and Serve drawer, great when entertaining and holding large platters, , the front door easy access for snacks and beverages without opening the refrigerator!
Had a problem with Cooling in February 2022, called LG they were out within two days and replaced the compressor, everything covered by the warranty. Been having problems with ice maker but learned that is no longer covered by warranty. Overall I would purchase LG again.
