Ice maker dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brand new, out of the box and waited the time ask before using. The ice maker dispenser doesn't work. Went through online troubleshooting step and it still doesn't work. At this moment I not looking for a repair, I would like you to bring me what I paid for.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and love it! It is extremely quiet - I don't ever hear it running. It has excellent features - one I love is the control for the temperature by degrees for the freezer AND refrigerator - not a dial with high med or low! The doors make it easy to access anything - and I actually love the freezer on the bottom. That was something I was unsure about when deciding what to purchase. The compartment is big, drawers make it easy to access, unlike a top freezer. As for the French door set up - it is very handy, and the door in door feature is why I purchased this unit. It is handy for getting things you use all the time out, without letting all the cool air out. One thing on my unit is, the left door closes tight on it's own, but the right side, when I open both doors (door in door with the regular door) - I have to push it to shut it tight - it doesn't close completely on it's own like the other side. Not a big deal - and that might seem a little picky - but that's the only thing with this unit that I can find that is a problem - as minor as that is!! There is much more room inside than you realize by just looking, I put my stuff inside that I had in my old unit - and had almost as much empty space as I had full space!!!!! (Not quite - but close!) It is an excellent choice, and I am an LG fan, I have 2 of their big screen TVs, and other items as well. I can't complain about the quality of their products - everything has been superb in my experience. Bottom line ... you have a lot of room, you have great controls, you have easy access to things in the freezer, you have a quiet unit, and the double doors are wonderful! I love mine!

Roomy and good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it for a month but so far I like it. Location of ice maker is a space savor compare to other brands. I also like the smaller size and the shape of the ice. Door-in-door is convenient for grabbing mike and juice.

It has a filter for water and also an air filter. The freezer holds way more than we expected. We really enjoy the outer door access to keep milk and other commonly used items at the ready.

Dead in Less than 15 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator in November 2016 and it has been repaired twice, and with this second repair, we are told it is basically no good. We cannot find anyone to fix it, although still under warranty.. We are heartbroken.
