I bought this to replace a 10 year old Pampered Chef manual processor that broke and I am so glad that I decided to give this product a try! It was 1/4 of the price of replacing my old processor and the tri blades give much more uniform chopping without having to constantly scrape the sides of the container. I was leery of the pull cord, but it actually makes it a snap to vary the speed. Obviously very happy with my purchase just wish that I had found it earlier! Great job Cuisinart!
