It's a cool little tool. It's (so far anyway) not great for carrots because the blades get stuck on a carrot hunk but for everything else, it's fun. Sometimes the blade comes loose but jiggling it around for a second sets it back on its "base" so to speak with no need to empty the container. Also, holding the top tight, shaking it will get things moving again. It does a great chop job!
