Great ice but drawer is very low.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit replaces a previous Electrolux ice machine. We really like the new ice as it is smaller squares and not the bigger round cubes like the old machine. Makes a lot of ice and not noisy at all. However, the ice bin is very low in the unit so you have to really bend down to scoop the ice out. It's much lower than any ice machine we've ever owned and is an odd design. We are not sure we like that but overall it is a good machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

CIrcuit board went out

Within two or three months of installation a circuitboard went out and it has been down for over three weeks awaiting being fixed. You know it would turn off after about eight seconds of resetting.Faulty product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked for a week and then stopped

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Installed, turned on and it produced great ice for about a week....then it never turned on again. all the ice melted and now I am in warranty land. At this point is has been three weeks since I tried to get help.
