I truly enjoy my new security cameras. I bought mine a month ago. The security cameras were very easy to assemble and the software was very easy to install. Overall, I give the product a excellent rating of 5 stars.

Its been less than a month since I purchased the Sentinel Pro Wireless Security Camera System. Setup seemed fairly simple until I attempted to view on my MacBook. I contacted Defender, Miehel my knowledgeable representative successfully walked me through the set up process. Although the customer service was great I will recommend this system for indoor use only. Unfortunately, its difficult to identify people/objects on system unless they are very close to the cameras.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

User Friendly & Plug and Play

After my brothers have recommended me about the Defender wireless camera, I bought Sentinel PRO 6 wireless cameras - 8 CH 1TB DVR in Oct of 2015. The wireless cameras and receivers were very easy to setup. Five cameras were working properly as soon as the wires were connected. Unfortunately one of the camera has no picture. The customer support "Daniela" was very helpful and worked with me for the replacement. The replacement camera has arrived quickly. But, the camera was not able to pair with the receiver so I have returned 2 cameras with 1 receiver for the replacement. I have also talked to other customer support such as lla, Sarah, Kristi and Berenice, and they were very helpful and friendly. Finally I have received the replacement and they are working as soon as the wires are connected. I have also recommended to my brother in-law about how easy to use and excellent customer support so that he has bought the wireless camera based on my recommendation. Two thumbs up!!!

Michel was fantastic... very helpful.. walked me thru the simple process in a matter of minutes.. helped get it loaded on both my computer and iphone. would definitely recommend this system, company and customer service. Thanks.

Great system

Great system, very good resolution using HDMI during daytime, and very good coverage at night. Need some light, such as security lights, or yard lights to get coverage at a distance. We are very happy with this system.

I have had this system about three months now. I am only using two cameras at this time. My neighbor came over to say someone broke into there home and asked if we would check our system. I put the day and approximate time and sure enough it showed three individuals. They police came and viewed the system, the three young men were apprehend and charge with the break in. I will be installing the other four cameras very soon.

I installed this last weekend in just about 4 hours and made the final adjustments on all the cameras views. The Night Vision is excellent and the day time view is HD quality. I strongly recommend!!
