Great system

Bought this a month ago and am very pleased with overall system. Installed easily and connected quickly. Have not been able to hook up on mobile device yet but working on it.

Happy but would have liked better details

The basic setup of hooking up the DVR and cameras is very easy. However, networking is complicated and following the user manual does not work. I talked to Michel at the Technical Help Desk and he was wonderful. He was very quick to recognize my entire problem was the password was too long. Networking will only allow a password of 6 characters which should be listed in the user manual. We also have a camera that we would like to amplify but there does not seem to be a product that is compatible. It would have been nice to know ahead of time that the cameras do not include a sound. We are still very happy with the purchase but would have liked better details ahead of time.

Bought it less than a month ago. The system pairs well but the signal is not as strong as advertised. I would have like the unit to have the ability to zoom in and out with the cameras supplied.

After trying for hours trying to get the online live veiwing set up. I called support and Michel was able to get me online in just a few minutes. As it turned out I was trying to go about it the wrong way. Great support!

Easy Installation and Great Value

I have had this less than a week. I am impressed with picture quality and transmission signal. My house is 76' long and brick veneer... even from the extreme distances, I get a good solid picture and at least 2 of the 4signal bars. The menu is hard to understand and manipulate but that might just be me. Wish they would include a paper manual, the CD is ok but printing about 60 pages is not to my liking. Night vision is better than average and more than I expected. I am very satisfied with the overall product.
