Noiser than the large model

I wanted to love this fan as I love the large model. The large model is quiet. However, this small has a loud annoying noise. Quiet is is NOT. Over priced for what it is. Don't recommend
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it with my portable wireless charging station at a family outing. The Vornado is awsome . I was able to fit it in my bookbag and also use it in the concession stand at my sons game. I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would probably buy one of these. It is small and cools well, but lacks osilation, and it's loud and really doesn't cool an entire room (living room), but face it it's just a fan. If the product was quieter and osilated then I would probably buy.
Pros: Adjustable, Compact, Good Power Output, Lightweight, Stable Base
Cons: Loud, Not osolating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got this in the mail I was kind of shocked, because it looked to be small and plain, but when I turned it on I was blown away! Literally! The packaging was quite nice, and showed the quality of the product. The instruction manual was printed on premium paper even. It made me feel like I was opening a chest of gold. Then I plugged it in and turned it on for the first time. The adjustable power was quite nice, and immediately I noticed that it blew away the other fans I used in the room to circulate the air. I have since shelved two box fans and a small fan I keep at my desk, and I use the Vornado all the time now in their place. I wasn't even aware of the brand when I received the product, and now? I plan on buying a heater from Vornado for the winter. This thing rules!

Best fan I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I decided to use this fan a week before giving a review. The fan is small but does the job of a big fan. I sat it on my dresser in my bedroom because I'm the type of person that loves sleeping with a fan on, all year round. During the day I keep it on low and it circulates air all around the room. It's so quiet I forget it's on. When I go to bed I turn it on high just for that soothing sound that puts me to sleep. I love this fan and would recommend it for anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. Helps the cool down a lot quicker in my living room. It's small, so it can go almost anywhere. You can adjust the speed to how high or low you want. Goes faster than anyother fan I have, more air out put then any fan I have. It is loud when it's on the highest setting, I find that the med setting works best though!

I Own 8 Vornado Fans

I actually do own 8 Vornado fans. I use them at home and at my office. The breeze they create is comfortable and the noise level is very quiet. I couldn't think of any way they could be improved. Perfect for my needs!

Use this in the bedroom on second level. I have it on the floor pointing at the wall above the bed, right between two windows. Room gets sun in the am, and not much in the evening. Always feels cool in there now. Would keep me from turning the AC on just to sleep at night. With the DC motor, this won’t crank up the electric bill since I keep it circulating all day and night.
