This fan is much smaller than the older Vornado fan I'm replacing, but it packs the same punch in circulating all the room air, and at low speed is very quiet. I'm so pleased I may buy another one for my guest room.

I had previously bought a vornado product for winter use and decided to get something to use in summer. The unit keeps my kitchen cool and eliminates my need to use the air conditioner it also allows a higher setting for when I do need to use the air conditioner. I highly recommend.

I BOUGHT THIS DUE TO AN EXTREME HEAT IN MY AREA. I DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND NEEDED SOMETHING TO HELP FAST. THIS REALLY DID DO MORE THAN A BOX FAN. THE AIR IT PUSHES FEELS WONDERFUL AND STRONG. I HAVE 2 NOW.

I bought 2 of the vornado 560...they are on the floor in my camper that has one air conditioner in living room one end...so with the 2 of them for the first summer..my whole 28ft camper is cold End to End...hot air rises...so one in living room under air facing to other...well its wonderful..the air conditioner is the loudest of the noises...so im so happy..thank u
