Best of Both Worlds

the flexibility with my new MacBook Pro (2017): mobility and functionality for all my needs.
Before, I had a iMac 27". It was great, but after 10 years it passed. The LG 4K IPS LED Monitor allows me to switch back and forth. As a Kindergarten Teacher, I submit very detailed Lesson Plans weekly and have Common Core Planning. The larger screen is a necessity . . . then there are my down times moments, when I just want to enjoy one of my iTunes movies on the larger LG screen, and with the 4k UltraFine I am in heaven.
Heaven is just a click away . . .
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality, easy to use

Beautiful Screen for new MacBook Pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recently to go with our new MacBook Pro. We use it for our wedding photography business. It was a breeze to set up, the colors are gorgeous and it has plenty of extra ports for drives, etc. It wasn't the cheapest on the market but we are happy that we made the investment!

Perfect partner for my new 2017 iMac

I love the convenience of having a second screen for Photos while using Final Cut Pro on my primary screen. The colors are vivid and bright, perfect for photo editing. Best of all, the monitor was "plug and play" for USB-C port on the iMac.

Beautiful monitor, but may interfere with my WiFi.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this display since December. It looks great and is a greta compliment to my new MacBook Pro. However, I've read how the 5K display interfered with WiFi, and I believe this one does as well. When I positioned it above and behind the my MBP, my WiFi signal was terrible. When I moved it to the side, it was better, yet very slow. When I removed it from the room, WiFi was back to normal.
Pros: Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In short, will not work with anything other than a new MacBook with the USB-C cable. If you have an older MacBook with the HDMI or thunderbolt ports, don't waste your money.
