I've been using the older E-series for about ten years and when the handle 'died' six years ago, Phillips graciously sent me a replacement handle for a relatively low price. The unit still runs like new. My only complaint is that the brushes on this unit are not interchangeable without unscrewing the entire head. The brush design limits sharing and cannot be recycled. Once the current heads wear out, we will buy one of the latest models
Pros: very reliable & provides the best dental care ever
Cons: have to replace the entire expensive head.

Pros: cleans great!!!!!!!!!, very ergonomic!!!
Cons: sometimes it is cumbersome getting the heads to, line up when changing heads!!

This product is comfortable to use and really cleans my teeth better than regular tooth brush. I even ordered this tooth brush for my sister and tell everybody that has problems with teeth how a brush can make a difference. It also does a good job massaging the gums, so they bleed less and are healthier than ever before.
Cons: there is a moisture leak under the head., if not washed often it gets a moldy on the inside

I don't like the way it gets full of slime inside , where the head screws onto the base. I constantly have to open it up and clean it out. I have asked people who have other brands and they don't seem to have that problem.
