Really nice picture and sound from the cameras. Would be nice to actually get a booklet instead of a PDF for usage. Its hard to use your computer to read the PDF and set the system up at the same time.

Better than some

It’s ok, I had it for a few days and came home 1 morning and saw that I had lost a camera, I had to reboot the system and it came back but didn’t record for a few hours. The motion detection works great but every bug that flies by causes it to record even with my sensitivity set pretty high at 30. Quality is good on the cameras but I bought this system for the cat5 connections so I didn’t have to mess with extra wires and the camera itself has all the connections attached to it instead of just the cat5 connection, so there are 3 cables on it. Just a pain when trying to run wire but nothing to bad, some people may like the option of having different connections. Overall happy with it

Perfect for my needs

Easy to install and set up. Works as expected. Swanview Link app works well on iOS 11 and OSX High Sierra but occasionally crashes. Very pleased with the product, added another 4 cameras to it easily. I believe the people who leave bad reviews on other sites either haven't read and followed the instructions to the letter and/or their broadband connection is not up to it.

It was very easy to setup and connect to my Android. Picture is much better that I had expected and cuts out the glare from the windows my old cameras had.

Just installed NVR8-7400. Very simple to set-up, software is user friendly, very easy to use. The Ethernet cable provided supplies power and video making the installation so simple and neat. However, the audio seems to be missing.

Great piece of kit, video quality is great, software easy to use and playback. My only gripe is that there is no Swann View app for Windows Phone users. So I am unable to view when away from the home.
