I like the temperature control and the probe feature as well as the timer. The app is great.

I was excited by the technology on this grill. Seems like the perfect blend of high tech features with an amazing cooktop. I love the infrared technology and the uniform cooking it does while still leaving grill marks. Turning off WiFi assist on my phone was the hangup with getting the grill to connect to my phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Grill Ever

My old char-broil was ready for heaven, so I bought the electric true infrared. Returned it for the big gas infrared. I can do MR steaks in four minutes. 900*F grill temp is great! Smoke a pork loin in 45 minutes. Very versatile. Love it Also have the True Infrared Smoke for Big bird and shoulders. Great food every time!

I purchased this infra red grill and found it to be a very reliable appliance for our river house. When I am cooking ribs, chicken and steaks or roasts the entire neighbor hood smells the aroma and of course many times bring their product to cook on our grill. Dependable, durable and easy to clean. we have had it five years now. I was skeptical of the infra red feature with the smaller openings for the flame to reach product but it is amazing. The heat seems to be evenly distributed which I like for large roasts. Baked potatoes work well on the top grill. Salmon and shrimp have become a staple for this grill.I will take this grill to my grave unless the neighbors decide to abscond with it.

Best Grill Ever

I bought this grill a few weeks ago. Assembly took a few hours. It was a challenge. I would have liked better instructions on the app and smart control. But I figured it out. I would also have liked to have seen two probes since it has the connection for them. Other than that, I love this grill. The app with burner control is awesome. It cooks evenly with no flare ups. Great grill!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
