Took some getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've have used Kenmore or Whirlpool for 50 years so loading was an adjustment. Positive: After some trial and error we've acclimated and found the Bosch holds more dishes than our previous dishwasher. Negative: We kept the silverware rack from our previous dishwasher (holds a lot more flatware in the same space). The weld broke on one of the movable "inserts" on the day we got the machine and we have been unable to get a replacement.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The dishwasher is an excellent model in all respects; except, one. It does a wonderful job of cleaning and drying one's dishes as you would expect. The only way the dishwasher could be improved is the upper tray for forks and knives, etc. Bosch does provide an alternative tray which is much better, but not for this model. With this model, it is easy for your forks, knives, and spoons to fall out of the tray.
I would recommend this to a friend!
