Works great and is super quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our second Bosch dishwasher. The first one worked okay and was pretty reliable, but this newer (and higher end) version is much better. It is super quiet and does a great job of cleaning the dishes. The rack layout is good and very flexible. Although we have super hard water, I'm a bit surprised by how quickly we are going through the salt. The UI and controls would be my only complaint. It is definitely "German Engineered" with unintuitive UI. And the buttons are flush mount and don't have any type of tactile feel (cheaper Bosch's seem to have better buttons; not sure how that is). One goofy thing is that the projection timer that shines on the ground alternates between showing how much time is left (useful) and a really bad pixellated version of the Bosch Logo (terrible and total waste). Everyone that sees it asks what in the world it means AND there is no way to turn it off. I mean I know you are proud of the brand Bosch but don't advertise it on my floor with a terrible logo I cannot turn off.

Quiet and Beautiful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher for our small condo because after reading reviews on-line it seemed it would be great for a small space. Our old dishwasher was loud and could be heard throughout the condo. We LOVE this dishwasher. It is super pretty because the front panel doesn't have a big handle or buttons. And, the best part is we can barely hear it. It's been so quiet that I've had to go check to see if I turned it on. And it has this cool feature that shines a soft blue light on the floor to let you know when it is running and when it is finished. And it has a built in water softener. How cool is that? We love everything about this Bosch.

Disappointed

We've had the dishwasher a few weeks and we are not happy with it. The problem is that after the wash, the back vertical panel of the dishwasher has a lot of water on it, even after maximum drying time. Dishes get fairly dry Also, the dishwasher begins to smell a day or two after washing.
The trap is clean, but there is always a little bit of water in it. I think that's normal though. We rinse the dishes pretty clean when loading, so there are no food particles stuck anywhere.
The dishwasher is very quiet.
As of now, I won't recommend to a friend. I think something may be wrong with it.

The dishes and glassware sparkle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This a great dishwasher. The dishes and glassware sparkle. There is virtually no noise. It's easy to load and can accommodate just about everything. I like that is comes with a "Water Hardness Test strip". Even more expensive dishwashers don't include this simple addition. The instructions are well written and easy to follow which is not true of my last dishwasher.

Very quiet, looks great, racks are not efficent

Very quiet. Blends with my other appliances which are not Bosch and looks great. The issue is stuffing 3 racks in the same amount of space as a 2 rack dishwasher. I have removed the top rack. I could fit much more in my whirlpool dishwasher of the same size. The racks are not condusive to loading a variety of sizes and types of dishes. I have had 4 glasses broke so far. Love the dishwasher just wish the racks were better designed.

Cleaning is OK - suppose to be energy efficient but a normal cycle takes 2hours and 15 minutes! Really? Also stainless is starting to rust on door front. Not really happy with that. Have to call customer service.

Clean dishes- No rinsing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love having the 3rd My Way rack and the roomy other racks. At our last family gathering, everyone was amazed at how many dishes I could get in a load, so less to wash by hand. I also love that the pot scrubber actually scrubs my pots, even a boiled on ring of chicken scum.
