Touch Pad Buttons stuck on Heavy

The touch pad buttons cannot be selected. Only runs in "HEAVY" mode. Gasket keeps falling down in front of dishwasher. The indicator light shining on the floor does not show when gasket was reinstalled. The only thing correct was my billing address for the payment. I wish we never ordered the Benchmark Series.

Just OK did not live up to the hype.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit and feel of the dishwasher is nice. However upon install it did not include the hook up for a hardwired installation. This was an added delay Bosch did rectify the situation but I had to call and they shipped out the new part. After it was installed and we started using it found it was not a quite as it said it would be. During water cycles you can hear the water spraying around and while not super loud it very noticeable. We checked to make sure nothing was hitting anything and it all seemed fine but it’s very noticeable. After a few washes we started getting watertap errors and it would turn on and after 3mins or so would stop with the watertap error. We clean the screen at the bottom even though nothing was in it and would restart it again. We still get them even though nothing is in the screen and there are no leaks. It’s just that you have to make sure it stays running or you will walk always and find that it did not run as it has that error. I hope these will not contiune.

Great but with one reservation

I love this dishwasher's controls and . It cleans and dries great and, as advertised, it is very quiet. My only issue is the loading. I replaced a 14 year old Kitchen Aid that held many more dishes, bowl, glasses, etc. Sincd I'm not s dishwasher expert/designer, I don't know if it's the position of the tines or the interior space but it definitely hold less. Fortunately, it cleans everything spotless and dries almost entirely. I stress almost because there is always a little water remaining in a plastic bowl or cup if they have a rim when placed upside down.

Weird smell in dishwasher

We got the dishwasher to go in our newly remodeled kitchen. Looked great but smells terrible. We thought maybe it was because it was new and just needed to run a time or two. It's bean run a number of times blow and still has a very strange stench. Fortunately the dishes don't smell when you take them out. The smell isn't quite as strong as at the beginning but still there.
The control buttons are a as little weird to get used to. They seem to take quite a bit of pressure to activate.
For the money spent and suggestion from salesperson, I guess I expected more.

Easy to install

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just started using this a couple of days ago...it was easy to install and the new features like the floor time display are great. Dishes are clean, no issues there. Only drawbacks are 1. Drying - still hasn't figured out how to get plastics dry and 2. They have cheapened the drain hose material...older Bosch dishwashers had a more robust plastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hardly ever used my old dishwasher the noise and loading it feeling like I had to rinse everything first. This is so quiet and I put everything in right after eating. As clean as if I scrubbed it myself
