Worth Every Penny!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher replaced my 11 year old Bosch 800 series which I loved. I had my doubts about the capacity, but was pleasantly surprised. The 3rd rack is VERY useful. So glad I waited for the new models to come out!

Very Quiet

After seeing a Bosch dishwasher running and how quiet it was I deided this was what i was going to put in after the remodel was done. Remodel is complete and this dishwasher is running. So far dishes are very clean and no hardwater on the glasses.

Wet inside door and bad odor

We were not told you had changed your drying process. The condenser on the door is not a positive change. We had had Bosch dishwasher for 17 years and loved it.
The door is soaking wet when the cycle is done. I wipe it clean and then the next time I open the dishwasher it is wet again. The dishes are dry but the plastic holder for the silverware is not so the silverware has to be dried.
There is still an odor to the dishwasher. Your product booklet said it would smell for only a short time (why) but it has not gone away.
It also takes me 3-5 times pushing the start button to start the dishwasher. My husband’s thumb is stronger so he has no problem. This is rediculous.
We are very disappointed. Why do you always feel new features are a good change? Do you have women trying these functions before going with a change. Also you say no plastic in the
dishwasher. Not many families would be happy with that. Overall, you need to re-evaluate these changes. We will think twice before purchasing another Bosch product

The Quietest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had a Bosch dishwasher before, but this is by far the best! It's extremely quiet, looks so elegant, and cleans like a dream. We've only been using it for a month, but I can't wait to host my next dinner party because I know it'll pass the test! The only thing is I needed to watch some YouTube tutorials on how to use the My Way rack and moving the other top rack up and down.

Innovate but useful features

Love the new MyWay rack - fits the pans from our convection steam oven perfectly, and so flexible freeing up space on the other racks from low height items. The projected cycle time remaining on the floor is a great talking point whenever we entertain!!

Amazing cleaning power; quiet; easy to load

"My Way" rack is perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waited for this new model to come out with the "My way" rack and glad I did. I can put shallow bowls and long utensils on top, which allows more dishes to be loaded on the middle rack. It holds lots of items and gets them sparkling clean. I have some non-tempered glassware bowls and plates I like to use and now I can put them in on a delicate cycle and still have all of the load come out clean. I have not tried putting in extremely soiled dishes in yet, but for my use, it works great. Whisper quiet.
