Super small and lightweight. Love it with one exception - the placement of the power key. It is right near the delete and backspace keys. I'm constantly turning off the laptop when I do any type of word processing. Its quite annoying and the reason why I'm not giving 5 stars.
A lot of people have complained about the high pitched fan noise, yes, it is true, the fan kicks in at ~55-60 degrees and the noise is rather annoying even when undervolting, and it will turn on and off routinely as your CPU temp fluctuates. Also the anti-glare screen is extremely reflective, making it hard to use in certain conditions, if you are watching a video on med-low brightness in a bright room you'd be also seeing your face for the entire duration.
Other than those two issues, I am quite happy. The performance of the computer is great (I have the 8th gen i7 version, some tinkering with Throttlestop required for max performance), the dedicated graphics card is a nice addition compared to other entries in this segment/price. The computer also runs quite cool. Overall a good value for $1,200 if you can tolerate the fan and screen
I would recommend this to a friend!

Specs: i5-8250U, 8GB RAM, Nvidia MX150, 256GB PCIe SSD. Laptop easily handles office programs, web browsing, games, and light CAD work. The keyboard is comfortable to use. The touchpad is accurate and responsive. The metal construction is well-designed and is visually attractive. The 14" screen is a very good compromise of display size (very close to 15.6") and overall weight/portability. The audio is good enough quality for watching a movie or listening to music at a reasonable sound level. The display provides a good image at full brightness. The brightness reduces in overly large increments, making the laptop only useable at full brightness during the day.
Overall, this laptop is a very quick and enjoyable to use device. I recommend it for anyone who wants a premium build, with moderately powerful internals, in a 14" chassis.
Definitely usable but has many minor inconvenience

Laptop is fast and responsive. However, coming from using a MacBook, the trackpad is awful. Under very little load the fans ramp up and it’s very loud. Don’t take this laptop to a meeting or a class because you will distract everyone around you.
I would recommend this product to a friend I do not particularly like.
