Beeps randomly

Yes the unit is designed to beep if you leave the door open but I have found the beeping starts randomly and even if I open and close all doors and check gaskets it doesn't resolve the issue. When I press the button I think it just silences the beep but doesn't actually reset it. I will upload a video to show what happens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this thinking it would wash my dishes for me. I put them in and waited for a very long time (five minutes) and then took them out. Still dirty! And cold :(

Beeping

I'd give this fridge a 0 if I could. The door randomly comes on multiple times a day saying the door 'is open'. Which it never it. It beeps in the middle of the night. So every night in my condo, I need to get up to press the stupid button on the top of the fridge. It doesn't have a proper tempature control, it dials up and down 5 clicks until you decide and play with, that is cold enough for you. The whole make of the fridge is very low quality. Although I guess you get what you pay for.

Great Fridge if you can stand the constant beeping

This fridge works great besides the random beeping that everyone is mentioning in the reviews. Good to know I'm not the only one plagued by this issue. There are no error codes or anything to diagnose the beeping cause. From my extensive research, it appears to be a "high temperature" warning as the only other cause is from opened doors.
I, like many others, have toyed with the temperature settings to try to fix this issue, but alas the beeping returns in days, weeks or sometimes months! Will NEVER buy Whirlpool again - this is the worst fridge I ever owned. This replaced a perfectly good fridge from 1980 and I wish I had never replaced it...

Beeping doesn't stop! And it is random!

This is an absolute nightmare to own. Things were fine the first year but subsequently the incessant beeping experienced by others occurred and there is no solution. DO NOT BUY.

Worst fridge EVER

Bought end of 2019. Uneven cold. Back of fridge keeps frosting. Too cold in veggie crisper, to warm at door and top shelves. Food spoilage often. Need replacing as technician has tried twice. Made in Poland.

Condo fridge beeps all hours of the day, sometimes during the middle of the night for hours on end. The glass shelves in the appliance are so difficult to remove and clean and scratches the door because the door does not open all the way. The most cheap, inconvenience fridge.

Faulty door alarm. Can't keep things cold.

My apartment had these units installed just prior to my move-in. Not even two years later, it's gotten extremely annoying to deal with. The door seal does not seem to be very well made - my food frequently spoils far before it's supposed to, and I have to put up with the door open alarm going off, even though the door is closed, MULTIPLE times per day, seemingly at random and often in the middle of the night. Unacceptable for such a new product to be borderline defective in this way.
