Very disappointed

Got this refrigerator yesterday and my freezer isn't working and the refrigerator is really working either. Talk about frustration when you have food to salvage. Can't get a repair man out here for a WEEK! AND I had to purchase the dairy tray!! Good thing we didn't sell our old refrigerator because we need to use that in the garage!!

I am really disappointed in my inability to store items of height. Milk, bottles and such. I have to lay those items on their side. I will have to replace this fridge. So sad

We've had this refrigerator over a week. I absolutely hate the side magnetic bar on the left side of the top door. It seems to be too heavy and loud when opening and closing the refrigerator door! It seems to be loud for a refrigerator, and the outside freezer drawer is hard to open. The only reason we purchased this brand is because the house we purchased already had GE appliances.

Inconvenient design

The French door design may be popular, but it is inconvenient to use. You only end up using a small portion of the space. Both doors have to be opened to access the drawers and you feel like you're in a phone booth with the hulking thick doors on each side of you. The fit and finish are good on this unit.

Only had this refrigerator for about six weeks but I am very happy with my purchase, only suggestion I would make is to include a butter compartment in this model

Factory deep scratches on the tray mounts.

We had FOUR of these delivered before getting one without very deep scratches in the paint of the interior. Each deep scratch was in the exact same area on the shelf mounts in the right rear on the inside. The warehouse found TWO more that had the same scratches before finding one that did not. It took four deliveries with four different units before getting one without factory damage. Very poor quality control and inspection process.

I Love the features

I bought this refrigerator back in Nov of last year and it looks fantastic along side of my other G.E. appliances . I went from a 18 cu ft to this 28 cu ft and I have a problem filling it up .LOVE LOVE LOVE !!!!!!
