Needed a new fridge.

We needed something new. Our old refrigerator (side by side) was freezing everything. We changed the control PCB, but nothing really improved.
Our only issue with this new unit is the front door water dispenser. Since there is no real drip tray or drain we have to keep a paper towel underneath the dispenser so the residual drops of water do not splatter onto the floor. When we asked our warranty service company what we could do to stop additional drops of water emitted after the switch was released, we were told to hold the glass in place longer ... What ?

Great look, practical and specious

Like the product, very spacious. Love the two ice makers! However, dispensed water does not come out cold also takes too much time to make ice. It seems that the user ice maker can never catch-up.

Just purchased and overall very pleased with space, storage, and overall quality. Fans are very quiet and looks great in the kitchen! Can't be happier so far with this product.

Love our GE refrigerator

We bought our slate GE refrigerator Nov 2016 and we are pleased with our purchase. Runs quiet with lots of storage capacity. Love the sleek look! With other brands of refrigerators in the past the ice maker would constantly need repair, that was a factor in making our purchase. We haven't had any problems with GE .Overall I would buy again!

Love the color

This is my 3rd French door refrigerator. Although it is the same size as the others, it seems harder to make everything fit. I wish that the water/ice dispenser panel was light too. No way to see it in the dark

Horrible!

We bought this fridge one month ago and it already doesn't work properly. It won't cool to the safe zone temperature! I sent a lot of money on this appliance and now I can't even get it to work as it should! Never Again!

Terrible ice maker

The item is beautiful, but the delivery drivers really messed up. They hit a tree in my driveway and didn't tell me. Then they scratched the front of the operation panel terribly, and didn't tell me about that either. The icemaker is slow, and the capacity of the ice storage bin is pathetic. Don't buy this item, and if you do, do not have it delivered.

Noisy Icemaker, Inside Fridge freezes food

Not pleased with this product, low capacity ice maker, inconsistent cool temp in fridge results in back of the fridge items freezing and cheese compartment builds up frost. Not expected from a company that is supposed to have good products and quality control.
