[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the look of this refrigerator. I love that the ice maker is built into the door, which allows for more room in the fridge for food storage. Also, no fingerprints!!

Have had nothing good about this refrigerator. The ice maker quit after 6 months. After 1 year the water dispenser is not working

We'd like to assist with the sound level of your refrigerator. A change in fan speed as the refrigerator responds to changes in temperature due to door openings can cause the sound level to escalate. This is normal. A boiling, gurgling, or knocking sound can also be heard when the unit is running. This is caused by the circulation of refrigerant. Temperature measurements in the fresh food and freezer compartments should never be made of the air. Air temperature fluctuates during the defrost cycle and during door openings. The best way to measure the temperature is to place a bulb type or candy thermometer that is capable of reading below zero temperatures directly into a container of food or liquid that has been in the refrigerator or freezer compartment for at least twenty-four (24) hours. When checked first thing in the morning, the normal temperature range should be between 32° and 45° F in the fresh food section. It should be between -5° and +8°F in the freezer section. If you continue to have an issue with the temperatures, we encourage you to call our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393 to have your refrigerator evaluated and repaired as needed.
