Terrible!!! Stainless steel finish should not rust!! Started rusting after just a few months and now it’s freezing everything! I’ve completely defrosted and dried it out but it keeps freezing in the refrigerator compartment. I’m very disappointed in the quality ☹️. I’m sure you’re very happy making tons of $ from hard working people just like all the other companies. The last thing I need is another expense or lost time dealing with poor quality especially for the price I paid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

4 Star since we just installed yesterday and still waiting for first batch of ICE, LOL. First impressions are favorable, plenty of room and option to add second ice maker was game changer for us. We will update review after a month of use!

The refrigerator is amazing. The door shelves are very thick and durable. Easy to hookup and install everything. Only reason I didn't give 5 is the ice machine is a bit small for room it uses, while taking longer to make ice.

The water comes out at a snail pace, takes 56 seconds to fill a 12 oz glass of water. We just bought this fridge to replace our almost 7 year old GE which stopped evaporating the condensation from the freeze and leaked onto our floor/ruined our hardwood floors. Overall, relatively frustrated by GE but had to go with them again to match our kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too many problems

This fridge has sporadically had problems since we bought it. About every 6 months the waterline would freeze. Then on year 5 the items in the bottom drawer would freeze and ice would build up. We replaced thermostats, sensors, and even the main board. We have scheduled service but if that doesn't work or we continue to have problems we will put it at the curb.

Stay away, terrible quality

Broke after 3 years. Water dispenser doesn’t work, ice machine doesn’t work, water filling up bottom drawer and freezing so you can’t use it unless you chip all the ice away. GE will NOT stand behind their products. Do not buy!

We purchased this appliance because it matched the three other major appliances we purchased. I would have preferred one with a no door ice maker. The plastic wrapping and tape is very difficult to remove. We had the company return to remove it. The door shelves are limiting and take time to efficiently organize the space. Overall we are satisfied with the style and function of this refrigerator.
