After 3 years the control panel malfunctions, flips between settings and water quits working but it still makes ice☹️. Very expensive refrigerator to only semi work

Doesn't last

We've been dealing with problems of this refrigerator since September 2022. It is currently April 2023 and we are still experiencing problems. The refrigerator does not hold its temperature. It reaches 40 degrees (never below) and a few times A DAY will heat up to 60 degrees. We have had every part replaced at this point including the compressor but still no success. GE clearly made this product to only last a maximum of 5 years. This is our 6th year and have only had problems. Garbage. The amount of food that went bad. Not to mention my children's medicine. Garbage. We are extremely disappointed. GE better stand by their product and help us out. My children need their medicine. With the prices so high on everything, we can't afford to pay double the price for a refrigerator. Do we need to go to the Better Business Bureau? We're not the only one to experience a dud for a refrigerator. Clearly this was carefully planned out by your engineers. Help on this issue would be appreciated. Not just a pity reply.

Great refrigerator

We love this refrigerator, however, there are issues. The ice maker takes up a lot of room, and the included side shelves are too small to really be useful. In spite of its size, there’s not as much room as you would think.
It also makes a lot of noise. Most refrigerators do, but this one seems louder than normal.

Through door water dispenser is a slow drizzle.

The through door water dispenser is dispensing at a slow drizzle. I followed the directions to drain the water for at least five minutes. I’ve done this for nearly 3 times the amount of time. It takes forever to fill a glass.
Removing the protective plastic from all the doors was a challenge at the perimeter seams. I’ve been pulling little stretchy pieces of plastic little bits at a time. I appreciate the protection it provided it’s just completely removing it that’s a challenge.
