Great features. Too loud

Love the look of the slate appliances. Nice size and design. It’s just too loud. I can hear the motor in the family room 15 feet away and it’s annoying.

Poor Cooling

This refrigerator does not get below 40 degrees. Everything spoils extremely quickly. Scheduling service takes months and nothing was done to fix the issue.

Really love my new fridge! Fits perfect! Led lights are bright for inside. Plenty of room inside. Like having food products right in front of me. Hope to get many years with this GE Fridge. Love the slate color.

Nice looking refrigerator, and that’s about it. Touch screen for temperature controls etc constantly not working and not accurate causing water supply lines to freeze

We're glad you are a fan of the appearance overall. However, we are sorry that you are having issues with the temperature control. We know that can be disappointing to deal with. One of the best things to try is an electronic reset, this can be done by removing the power cord for about 30 seconds or resetting at the breaker.

Ice dispenser is constantly froze up

Ice dispenser is constantly froze up. Only way to fix it is to empty the entire refrigerator and freezer and turn it off to thaw for a few days. Completely unacceptable! If I could get my money back on this garbage I would, water filters are overpriced. Ice container is too small and doesn’t hold adequate ice. I always thought GE made good products but looks like quality is going downhill.

Nice looking

Nice looking appliance but theres not really enough room for taller items. I don’t understand why it has small baskets in the door it IS big enough to fit a can of cinnamon rolls but that’s it. It’s a waste of space. Where the water filter is it’s hard to get in and out.
