love the new fridge

It has nice features we like, and is efficient. The finish is nice for clean look I think cause our last one was gloss black and would show smudges and dirt to much. Ice and water is great too. The ice maker does not take up A lot of space but still has A sufficient capacity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Absolute garbage

Ice maker and water dispenser never worked since hook up of water I and had it serviced twice. Needless to say I still don’t have a fridge with features I picked out. I bought a GE range and a range hood also and the only appliance that works is the oven. My hood lights never worked right out of the box. It was serviced than started working. Now one of the light housing’s is loose and the light falls out. I’m 7 months into this crap and the 1 year warranty is almost up and still don’t have appliances that work but I have to purchase an extended warranty to keep the GE garbage not working. Not right I should have already returned the junk to the store.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love features like light in crisper drawer, lots of storage on the doors, divider in the freezer drawer, pullout drawer in the freezer

Beautiful but not cold enough

Looks nice, functional, great size….but I can’t get the temp below 45. It’s set at 34, which is the lowest programmed but just won’t get down to that. We don’t open it that often to not get cool.

Side shelves already broke & drawer doesn't slide

This refrigerator took a LONG time to get to temperature. In fact, we thought we were going to have to take it back b/c it was taking so long. It took like 5 days before I felt comfortable enough to put any food in it. I liked the lights on it. Beware if anything spills, there is no way to get where the frame for holding the drawers are. Also, we haven't had this unit long and the shelf that hangs on the door is already broke and the bottom meat drawer does NOT want to open/close good. Also the ice maker is loud in both distributing the ice cubes and making the ice. My husband actually hates it when i do crushed ice b/c of the sound. Ice maker is bigger than my last one, but some times the ice gets hung up and doesn't want to come out causing us to empty the whole basket. I suspect we will have more problems with the ice maker in the future. Also the freezer door collects frost around the door (so weird) that we have to clean off every month or the door will not shut good on the freezer. On a positive note, I do like that the fridge/freezer dings if the door was open too long as sometimes it willnot shut good. If not for this feature, we would have done lost food on several times. Also of note this is the stainless steel that leaves finger prints (a no-no if you have kids), and you can't clean this stainless steel for nothing. I have tried all kinds of cleaners and Mr. Clean erasers, etc. I have to scrub it so many times to get off finger prints that it is just not worth it. That alone makes me so mad to know I've cleaned the outside of the fridge and it does NOT look clean at all!! And I try to dry right after cleaning and it just leaves it streaky. If I had my time to do over, I would NOT have chosen this model. Not only that, but this thing is huge (though the way it holds food in the fridge I don't know where all the space goes as I can't ever find anything in it) that we had to take the hinges off the door just to get it inside. AND it was so heavy that it actually dented my wood floors.

Fan replaced twice and thermostat replaced once to find out the compressor is the problem. Less than 5 years old.
