It is a “pretty”, “cool” refrigerator. Keeps cool things cool and frozen things frozen.

Compressor was not turned on at time of delivery

When the appliance was delivered, it turned on and we allowed it cool for 24hrs as recommended. However by the next day the appliance still had not cooled. A service ticket was placed and a technician came out that Thursday to "turn on switch" that should of been on at the time of deliver.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Terrible design

We do not like our new refrigerator at all. We previously had a Samsung French door model & it was much more user friendly. There are no specific keepers for eggs, cheese or butter. The shelves are too narrow. The in the door ice maker is noisy & messy. The color is nice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are very pleased with this refrigerator. It has lots of space and it’s easy to see everything that’s inside. The only issue we had is its saying that the water filter needs to be replaced, but it is brand new. The person who installed it frid says the message will go away when another filter is put in. He said it is an issue with the chip in the filter.

I absolutely love my refrigerator. It has so much more space than my old one, so I can see what's behind items, and everything isn't so cramped. I, also, like having the freezer located at the bottom. This makes it much easier to see what's there and it's much more convenient when you're taking things out.
