Freezer Door Issue

Only had this product for two months and already had to have service call for freezer door sticking. It needs replaced and sounds like when is completely unknown at this time.

Drip drip...Water/Ice Dispenser...

Love it...WITH ONE MAJOR COMPLAINT... YES HAVE ONE COMPLAINT. The Water/Ice dispenser leaks constantly after each use. I have to wipe excess water up every time, it is only 2 weeks old. I HAD A TECH COME OUT ASAP.... the Tech told me that every GE refrigerator drips. In less than 2 weeks there is already calcium hard water marks and build up from the Water/Ice. dispenser leaking. I HAVE TO KEEP A SPONGE THERE AT ALL TIME TO SOAK UP WATER. NOT HAPPY.....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please keep in mind it's not unusual to see a few drops of water dripping from the dispenser after having dispensed water. This is caused by pressure on the water line and changes in temperature causing some condensation to form and drip. If water continues to drip long after the glass has been removed, service may be necessary. Here is a link for service, if needed:

Based on the quality of our previous GE frig we are skeptical about this new one. We had the exact same model and it only lasted one year. GE did honor their warranty and replaced the original but we are definitely nervous about the longevity of this new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very functional layout and great use of space. I have never had the water/ice dispenser on the door before and was afraid it would take up too much storage space on the door, but with the sleek design it does not at all. Also the drawers in both the fridge and freezer seem to be build very durable.
