I moved into a house that had no appliances. Wanting to support American made, my appliance store recommended GE. I am very happy with the frig.

This is our first French Door Reefrigerator. Always had side by side. find it very roomy and convenient. Ice maker dispenses ice like an avalanche.

Great Refrigerator, but...

Our refrigerator arrived with a dent in the front door. The appliance store said they would order a new one.
One other thing is that when the ice maker dumps the ice and it is very loud, it scared me the first night in our brand new home in the middle of the night. I still don’t like the noise, but the refrigerator does a good job. We really love the slate color and the fact that there are no fingerprints!

Teriffic upgrade

Refrigerator keeps everything cold. Freezer keeps everything frozen solid. You can even cool your feet when you open the bottom freezer drawer.

Easy access to drawers and shelves

Every time I see and use my refrigerator, I'm happy about the visual design and finish, and the ease of getting into the drawers.
My food stays fresh longer.
I really appreciate the freezer drawer with its compartments and drawers. I can organize and group items, allowing me to know what I have at a glance. No more frozen mystery food waste!

Love the deli drawer

The layout of this refrigerator is fine except it has no specific space for butter. In addition, there is no way to totally shut off the water filter without ordering a water filter stopper. That should have come with the expensive refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!
