Excellent product, spacious in the top frig and freezer, adjustable shelving, lighting a plus. The black slate is very rich in color. Overall great product!!

Holds larger platters & pots

We have a large family and cook up a storm. I like to make larger batches and I am able to marinate foods on baking trays and in large bowls and chill with no problem. The *only* think I would like to have is a larger capacity of ice. We run out in the summer months & I have to buy bagged ice.

Beautiful and Functional Design!

Took delivery on this beautiful appliance today, so we don't have a history yet on it's performance. That said, this is our first French Door refrigerator, and the first time we've ever had a fridge with a freezer below. I love the versatility of the adjustable door shelves and the idea of the double width fridge to hold extra long items (like trays, for entertaining!). The interior space is also well lit, so you can see everything inside. The climate conrolled drawers are ample and feature two above/one below, for those larger drawer-stored items as well. The exterior door water/ice feature has large letters and a light, which can be turned off and on - a feature our last Samsung did not have. The freezer is ample and easy to access. The matte slate gray color complements the black and also the 'shiny' slate gray of our other appliances (replaced all ~2years ago. The previous fridge was a lemon). If there are updates later, we will try to add. Looks like this fridge will be a winner for us!

All as advertised...for the suggestion box: backlight door panel options for water, ice, temp settings would be useful. Frig has light for glass filling, but not the above panel choices. You hope you are pressing the correct, memorized spot

Very nice, large drawers inside, high quality rollers, I didn’t like the material it was packaged in though hard to get it off.
