The delivery people needed to be informed about how to take it off display mode. But the service tech was excellent in getting it running.

Have no idea how this refrigerator gets 5 stars. We got a lemon! Ice machine doesn’t work well, filters easily crack causing leaks in the refrigerator, and ice builds up on the exterior of the freezer and could damage your floor if you don’t clear off the ice on the outside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had to replace a LG French Door refrigerator that was only 4 years old with a bad compressor, after having that same problem when it was just 2 years old. I love the GE fit and finish and the features are great. I am so glad we went to GE, we will not buy any other brand again.....
