Just installed Seems to be working fine. One drawback is the water filter RFID shut off feature. Must use GE filters only.

Great smudge resistant stainless!

I like the refrigerator so far. I wish the narrow shelves in the left side of the door were larger. Also wish the tray under the ice/water dispenser was a grate or had a little depth to it to hold water in case of drips. One of the shelves in the right door was cracked when it was delivered. GE has sent me crispers twice rather than the correct item. Not sure if I will ever received the correct one or not!!! Frustrating!

After only 3 1/2 months the control panel on the frence door model is acting up! Ice maker will dispense ice whenever it feels like it and that includes water! Then the interior lights sometimes will not come on. I discovered that if you close door firmly and open the lights will sometimes work but not the dispencer. My wife purchased a GE because most of it is made in USA. My wife is Korean and will always prefer American made products. However, after viewing Consumer Reports on Korean made applicances they got us beat hands down!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The refrigerator seems to be well built I wish the bottom drawer was split so you didn't have to open both doors to pull out the drawer and use it.

Even though I have had a horrific experience with where I purchased my GE fridge, my experience with GE has been impeccable. Over all I love my fridge.
