Rip Off

Average features and conveniences except for the water filter. It has a microchip that cuts off the water after a time period. This refrigerator came with the new house, I will buy no GE products myself.

We really like this refrigerator. It has more room inside and doesn't take up any more space than our smaller capacity one! I love the freezer at the bottom. Very happy with refrigerator!

Lots of Freezer room

Product is working very well over the month that I have had it. Lots of room in both the refrigerator and the freezer especially. I was expecting the stainless steel to be less prone to finger prints and other smudges/smears. It takes some effort to clean it up, so I sometimes feel I am spending far more time cleaning now than I did with my black appliance that this replaced. Milk and juice containers only fit well in one shelf in the door, so if you have 3 tall containers you have to try to get one on the second shelf of the frig by tilting up the top shelf slightly. The shelf is made to tip up. I wish there were more range on the shelf adjustments. It would also be nice if the meat and cheese tray, the bottom one in the refrigerator were divided like the fruit and vegetable bins so you didn't have to open both doors to get into that drawer. I am otherwise please with the appliance, everything stays very cold, it is bright inside, and I like the ice and water dispenser. It is also somewhat quieter than the GE refrigerator it replaced.

Lots of space

This fridge has a huge amount of space and is very versatile with the shelves and drawers. Functions seem very basic but they get the job done. Ice maker could be designed a little better. Seems that a lot of the ice ends up on the floor because of the way it is dispensed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of room. Only issue we've had are doors have to be pushed closed, but when the kids don't the alarm does sound.
