We love the extra space inside the unit since the ice maker is in the door. The ice maker works great, the lighting is wonderful, it is quiet and it looks great. Very happy with our purchase.

very loud compressor

Plenty of interior room and nice features, but this GE model has an extremely loud compressor when compared to my previous GE refrigerator. Is this common?

Lots of space

Just had refrigerator installed on 3/9/20, but to date I am overall happy. It runs vary quiet and lots of nice features. We emptied out our old fridge and now we have all this extra room. I guess we need to get to the store.

Ice dispenser issue

While overall it’s a nice product, the crushed ice dispenser showers ice particles across the kitchen floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Surprised at all the space. Beautiful exterior

After research, we replaced our frig with this GE model. We were in an emergency situation, so much was done online. Tried out the Slate color. When it arrived I was shocked and pleased. New design gives us so much space. LED lighting makes all the difference. The color is spectacular. Everything is more substantial: vinyl/rubber flashing, weight of drawers and door; while the sounds and outside door controls are gentle and feather-light. Even ice-maker is quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
