I like being able to open the two doors and see everything inside. No longer am I hunting for items nor finding items that have been pushed to the back on the bottom shelf. Love the wide drawer! I have so much more freezer space and having the slide out drawer allows for less stacking.

Too many issues

Plastic components are thin and flimsy, freezer drawer is difficult to close (lots of resistance), water dispenser always drips after you dispense water (no matter how long you wait to remove the glass), motor is noisy; you have to actually bring the door to close, it will not swing by itself. You don't have an option to buy a water filter made by others because they have embedded the filter with a chip and manufacturer only allows water filters that have this chip: replacing the water filter with one without the chip will not work. Having to buy an expensive water filter every 6 months is not what I had anticipated.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two ice makers and a turbo chill. What’s not to like. I can’t see the kid’s greasy fingerprints at all on the black slate.
