Keeps perishables fresh!

Love it except for need to replace filters with GE expensive filters & that I needed to come up with a DIY way to stop refrigerator from moving when opening the bottom freezer.

Recently moved into a new condo complex and this model was offered by the builder. Although we have been using this refrigerator for only a short time, we are extremely pleased with its size, features and quietness. Only issue thus far is the the left side (water disenser) door takes a little more effort to close than the right side. Door alarm quickly reminds us to close the door. Overall, very happy with this product.

Brand new refrigerator. Purchased it in Dec. 2018, it was delivered in Jan. 2019, so far had to have 2 repair men out to fix the same problem!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Would like ice machine to produce more ice at faster rate. Water dispenser drips at times. Like storage in the fridge.

Great refrigerator

Our old frig was 15+ years old so anything would have been an upgrade. That being said I love this GE frig. The freezer at the bottom holds tons of stuff and the upper french doors make getting things in and out easy. I almost bought a fridge that has one of those door-within-a-door models but I'm glad I didn't. I could see having to open door #1 and then door #2 for various things for meal prep. Black slate color looks sharp. It's made in USA which I try to support. I did have to tighten the lower, freezer door handle.

Very nice and easy access to cleaning and storage. Makes it easier by having refrigerator on top. Due to health issues I don't have to get on floor to clean it. Makes things easier for a handicapped person not in a wheel chair .
