Great replacemnt for our whirpool 25 cu ft of 25 years!
needed to cut off the bottom trim if some cabinets to fit under but great - energy efificent an spacious - just the right features and not too high tech

We think our new GE refrigerator is top notch!
Shelf space is great and better than adequate. Love the drawers and ice maker, and water dispenser doing great. I was concerned about having a drawer type freezer but, turns out it's just right for us. Glad we chose GE.

Large capacity, beautiful machine, and quiet

GFE28GSKSS is a large quiet refrigerator. It has great feaures - large capacity and quiet. Water filter is readily accessible. Looks beautiful with no finger prints. Ice cubes are small, but they come faster. Everything is accessible.

Nice Fridge But Noisy

We love the size of the overall refrigeration space, still getting use to lower drawer freezer as it is not as much space and more difficult to organize than our previous side-by-side it replaced. Unit was delivered with a scratch on the side and still waiting to be addressed by the retailer. Ice maker does not hold as much ice, was a concern when we purchased. Overall, my biggest complaint is the noise the unit makes when running, it is very loud and can be heard throughout our house. It is louder than our heat pumps.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was an upgrade at no extra charge and what a great refrigerator. Easy to see everything, well made and sturdy shelving,etc.. my old Whirlpool was such a disappointment as I had to replace drawers and the shelves were falling apart. I can tell the difference already and we look forward to many years of use! Thank you GE! The new finish is beautiful!
