Purchased "New" Refrigerator for additional space and less noise. The "New" Refrigerator provides more space, unfortunately is still noisy. In addition, the "Crushed Ice and Cubed Ice Dispensor" tends to spray ice everywhere but the glass or cup. Haven't purchased the filter, but expect it to be more expensive than my last. Drawers remain plastic and cheap; but expensive if replacement is required.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the look of the refrigerator. Size of water and ice dispenser is great for larger tumblers and even pitchers and pots. Surprised at how much room there is in the refrigerator portion. Freezer is slightly bigger than the unit it replaced. It does have a few new sounds, but they are minimal and quickly became used to them. Overall, is a quiet unit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not so happy with water filtration system. GE makes you purchase their water filters every 6 months at a high price. Yikes. Its almost like having a monthly payment on the water filters..
