Large, roomy, beautiful Black Slate

I really like the larger refrig. Roomy for all leftovers and items that needed to be refrigerated. First time I have had water and ice in door and have really used this feature. Freezer is large and considering getting rid of my freezer in garage as this one holds so much. I love the Black Slate finish and just completed my kitchen redo of appliances. GE is quality and they back their products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far so good. Still learning about best placement for items. Only issue is ice maker storage is limited, if your having guests need to stockpile in freezer.

Very spacious with very nice design features

I have a little, single door GE refrigerator that is 22 yrs old that sits in our garage and acts as our backup fridge. What a value! Almost a member of the family. That is why we purchased our new GE. I hope I can report a similar longevity on our new purchase. Thanks!!.

Water weak and no ice

Refrigerator was installed on Thursday, by Saturday still no ice, water dispenser takes 5 minutes to fill a 16 oz glass and the freezer draw is challenging and difficult to close. Today I am very sad to have spent large $'s for the product to be faulty. Supposedly GE will come out to fix the problems in a week or so. We will see : (

Nice looking, performs well

Again, I needed to investigate further. I was surprised that this fridge did not have a covered butter dish in the door. I always hated that the cover wouldn't stay open when i took out the butter because I needed both hands to return it so I always removed the cover. Not having a designated space is almost as bad. Other than that I like my new fridge. So much better than the side-by-side it replaced!
