I am very happy with this refrigerator. The water through the door runs a little slow. If ice is not dispensed regularly, it tends to bridge and block the dispenser. We have learned how to deal with these issues, so no problems.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Lots of Lighting

Love the lighting - so easy to see everything on hand with a glance
2 things I don't care for...the freezer is heavy to pull out even when empty,
the ice/water dispenser tends to go all over, the dispenser plate is useless, I have a towel sitting in its place at all times, otherwise it fills up with melted ice or water very fast with nowhere to go...they need to install a drainage line of some sort that would hook back into the water line....very messy. I love the Black Slate though, got the whole kitchen in Black Slate and it is beautiful.

Great fridge and love the LED lights

Fridge is built to last, no freezer build up like other brands. The water filter feature is a lot better then are old maytag fridge.

Ice maker leaking within three months

Looks good - but, poor quality. Fridge has been working as expected except the ice maker.

Good Fridge

We have had this fridge for about 6 months now, and it performs as expected per the high reviews on a major appliance site. The water flow from the dispenser is not the greatest, and takes a long time to fill a regular sized cup. This may be in part to the flimsy plastic water lines that are highly susceptible to kinking (it actually arrived completely kinked), and required me to add additional stick on braces to correct the problem. The ice maker has been good, provided you get used to occasionally removing the unit to break up cubes that get stuck together. The overall design is very good, and the fridge unit itself has worked flawlessly. My wife loves the pull out freezer as well. The controls are easy and efficient.
On a side note regarding the size specs: Be aware that this unit is slightly larger in width than the specs indicate. We put this into a brand new kitchen with 100% new appliances, and it barely, and I mean barely, fit into the custom made space for it. There should have been at least a half inch buffer on either side, but it gently scrapes the edges going in and out. I have seen similar comments since made by contractors on other review sites.
Overall I am happy with the fridge's performance, hopefully it lasts for many years.

Love this refrigerator

The shelves in the doors are great. Interior is roomy and easy to find food. I added the ice maker in the lower freezer. OMG - it is great. Never run out of ice.

Okay, but not much better than average

Refridgerator does what it is supposed to. I personally use the water feature more than the average person. Kind of strange there is no drip pan for excessive dripping. Water just sits on flat tray. Never seen a fridge that didn’t have this feature, even GE. Don’t know why this one has it but needs to go away
