I like the way the black stainless looks in my kitchen. We needed to replace our old side by side. So far we like the freezer drawer.

I love the color! We waited so long for a new refrigerator and I’m in love with the GE slate model. It is beautiful. I’ve gotten so many compliments on it. My family loves the ice maker too.

Bought this a month ago to replace 20yo kenmore elite. We love it. Made in America. Its true that it's huge. It does make noise every ice making cycle (which is our only concern). However, We all love our new GE fridge. Hoping and praying it'll last long years for our family to enjoy!

Ice box storage capacity

The ice box storage capacity is not big enough. It does not hold enough cubes to fill more than 2-3 large capacity Tervis mugs. If several adults fill their mugs, it takes a while for the ice box to regenerate more ice.
Other than that, we like the refrigerator.
