Love the freezer on the bottom! Love the slate color. The crushed ice dispenser is a bit slower than the previous fridge I had but it work great.

Love this refrigerator. Exactly what I was looking for. I really like having the freezer on the bottom. Makes finding items so much easier. Also I like having the french doors. Food is easier to get to. The no finger print finish is wonderful. I have 4 small grandchildren and they are always putting fingerprints everywhere!

My husband and I bought this GE in 2015, its been very good so far. I would have just one complaint, the buttons on the front of the refrigerator are not lite up. If you are in the dark and want a glass of water you can't tell which one is the water button or ice. Once you push the button then it will light up but you still can't see them very well, my husband had to put sticky paper with the names on them to be able to see which one was what. Maybe the next go around they will have improved on the lighting.

Nice Looking

Have only had it 2 months and so far so good. It has plenty of room and it's nice looking. Still trying to decide if I like it over a side by side. The water drips after you use it in the door so you have to keep a cup under it or water just sits on top of the ledge. I still find myself having to open both doors a lot in order to get in the drawer. Defeats the purpose of having two doors. It definitely shows fingerprints! This was not my choice as we had to have one that matched the other appliances we got from the builder. Get a Norwex enviro cloth and window cloth to clean it. It does a terrific job with just water and those cloths.

This refrigerator is missing a basic storage unit for butter. No place to store the butter except on a shelf. Also, no small compartment along thedoor of thefreezer

The Best Appliance I've Ever Owned

Shopping for refrigerators is TOUGH. Throughout all the various options; Do i want standard? Do i want french doors? Do i want temperature regulations? Do i want storage space? Do i want ice and water built in? Oh my GOODNESS. It took us about a week to make our decision, and well, this was it.
It has temperature regulation for what we like to call "The Convenience Door." You can choose between beverages, meat, and deli to get your food at the right temperature. It greets you with a colorful LED light once you open the door. The produce drawers are of good size and have temperature settings as well. It's super easy to install and has wheels on the bottom, which was a lifesaver for us. The only thing I would have to say I didn't like was that the fridge was not fully stocked. The transfer was a breeze though. So my advice would be to toss or sell your old one and buy this guy today.
