Amazing fridge!

Our family purchased this primarily because of the space not knowing all of the great features it provides. We love the layout in the fridge and freezer as it takes advantage of every square inch of storage. The turbo cool/freeze feature is a bonus and very helpful. Love the alarm for the door and the light on the freezer as these come in very handy with children not closing the doors all the way. I would highly recommend this!

Big and beautiful!

Bought this refrigerator a couple a months ago to replace an older other name brand. We had considered purchasing the same brand that we had but after comparing the 2 we realized we got a lot more bang for our buck with this one. First the amount of space this refrigerator has to offer is insane. The outer dimension is identical to what it replaced. After moving everything that was jammed in the old unit to this one, my quickly realized how more she could get in this on. The ice maker being built into the door has a lot to do with the extra space. The other brand had the ice maker in the top left corner of the refrigerator which rendered half of the top shelf useless. The depth of the shelf on the other door also makes it so we can up to 4 one gallon jugs.
The drawer freezer also is bigger than the other brand we looked at. I’m not sure what GE is doing different, but they definitely figured something out that others have not.
The unit is also much quieter. The ice maker barely makes a sound except when ice is dropping. But it is still quieter than our old Whirlpool. When the unit is cooling you can barely even hear it run.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best unit I have owned in 30 years. Everything works and is laid out wonderfully. The first Ice maker that doesn't dump ice all over the floor I I have ever seen. FINALLY lol

My fridge was delivered last weekend and I love it so far! It is spacious and there is no wasted space. I finally have plenty of room for food, especially in the freezer section.

Excellent looks and design

I have just had this refrigerator freezer for a week, but I am in love! The ice-make is very quiet compared to the ones I have had before; although it is smaller in a French door fridge than in a side-by side, it is more than sufficient for everyday usage by an average family.
The design is really smart. Because the refrigerator shelves and the freezer partition can be positioned to please the user, the party giver can have multiple shelves suitable to hold large trays, and can also have enough space to chill tall bottles of wine and soda at the same time. In the freezer, a turkey and ham can fit on one side while storing smaller items on the other.
I live in New Orleans and I had to hope for cold weather during the holiday season to store my desserts and bubbly wines on my back porch, so I wouldn't have to lug out ice-chests. With this fridge, I can do it all.
I would recommend this to a friend!
