Do not buy

Had to have fan replaced after less than a year and now once again fridge is not cooling! Worst fridge ever! So so disappointed! Loved the look of it but very upset with performance!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Makes too much noise while running.

We are generally happy with this refrigerator. Our only issues are with the water dispenser and noise volume while running. The water dispenser continues to drip water after dispensing and when we first tried cleaning the "off/on" paddle, the finish came off. The noise volume while the refrigerator is running is too high, if I had been able to hear it running in the store, I would not have purchased this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the slate color & finish, but not pleased with the water dispenser pressure and the dispenser background screen does not illuminate to see the selection options.

Love this new fridge! I replaced a fridgedaire that was always running out of space and would not keep ice in the automatic ice maker. Can’t wait to be able to come home to a glass of iced tea and actually have ice!

We previously had a GE refrigerator for over 20 years and had no problems with it. We moved to a new home and needed a new refrigerator. We purchased another brand because of features we liked and recommendations by Consumers Reports. The ice maker went out in 2 months and it took 3 months to fix.
after 2 1/2 years the compressor went. We had to go without a refrigerator for over 6 weeks. The part never became available. What a mistake it was. We came back to GE because we had such great success in the past. We actually love our new GE and are very happy with it. We have had it for over month and hope that it performs as well as the last one we had for so long.

Love this refrigerator!

I am very pleased with my GE refrigerator. GE is a brand that has been around a while and is one you can trust. I bought this one because of the features. My brother bought a more expensive brand with more bells and whistles; however, it is a brand that has known compressor problems. I'm so glad I got this one.
