I was told by a friend that this is what I need. All in all I'm happy with it, although it is a little louder then my old one and the crushed Ice really makes a mess if you do not hold the glass up tight to the top of ice dispenser. But I really do like it and GE has the
best reviews and I do trust that it will be a great long lasting refrigerator.

This is the NICEST refrigerator/freezer we have ever had. I really enjoy the crushed ice (on demand) feature and all the space available.

We had this refrigerator less than a week, and had to have it repaired. The problem is, the ice maker still does not work. The repairman ordered a new ice container.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WE just purchased this refrigerator last week and it was installed Saturday. So far we really like it. It has a lot of room and nice drawers for fruits and vegetables as well as the separate drawer for meats and cheeses. We are very pleased having upgraded from a side by side that seemed so small. Also, the lighting is very good and bright. I can actually see what's in my refrigerator now!
I would recommend this to a friend!
