Problems After One Day!

The sound bar worked well the first day and turned it on today and no sound. And the Bluetooth light isn't coming on. I've checked the buttons and nothing is happening. I looked at the "Simple Manual" and there are no trouble shooting tips page. I shut the power off and on....and still nothing happening. I checked the mute button and it's not muted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once i had this product for about a week it wouldnt stay on. As soon as i power it on it just turns off on its own.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, the sound quality and bass is absolutely great. The remote us easy to use and I find the Bluetooth connectivity rather useful. The points that annoy me are that on the specs above there is meant to be an optical cable included, I never had one in the box, I don't know if that is a problem with UK retailers or a simple packaging mistake. Also I think a composite or 3.5mm jack included would be rather nice to have as my TV doesn't have an optical output so I can only use my soundbar with Apple TV and Xbox one.
